Complex Structure.
The smart hat, which at first glance seems to be almost without trimming, may on closer inspection prove to he an exceedingly complex structure. Among the decorations seen in the new millinery are lines of silk and other fabrics in the form Of pipings or cords, which, though most inconspicuous, are by no means easy to apply. A-cord formed of silk, shirred over wire, makes a smart finish for the brim of a hat, hut it is amateur milliner or, in fact, the average professional, is not likely to deal with very successfully.
