Albert Fendig's Residence is Burned at Brunswick, Ga.

B. F. Fendig was recently notified by bis brother, Albert, that the latter’e residence at Brunswick, Ga., was completely destroyed by fire on the night of March 22. s The cause of the Are is laid to the carelessness of a servant. All members of the household excepting the laundress, bad retired so rthe evening at the usual hour. The switch connecting .with an electric iron, it seems, was not turned off, and the table on which the iron rested was set on fir the house was enveloped in flames before the inmates were aroused, but they succeeded in making their escape without injury. The house was razed to the ground and only a few small articles were saved from the flames. Mr. Fendig and family now ha7e apartments in a Brunswick hotel, pending future arrangements.
