Militia Inspection Takes Place Tuesday Evening.
The annual inspection of Co. M will take place Tuesday evening of this .week and every member should be on hand promptly. Practically every soldier has been equipped with a complete outfit, including khaki breeches and blouse, olive drab shirt, canvas leggings, regulation hat, rifle, bayonet, web belt and suspenders, blanket, poncho, shelter half, haversack, tin cup, knife, fork and spoon, tent poles and pegs. The inspection of the militia In Indiana 1b being made by Captain Charles D. Herron, late of the 18th U. S. Infantry, now on detail with the state militia as an instructor. He will arrive in Rensselher on the 10:05 Tuesday morning. The state gets 38.33 per man from the federal government for this inspection and no member should tall to be in attendance.
