Bake six .medium sized white potatoes, cut open lengthwise and remove the contents.. Jtfaah the potatoes with grated onion, one-quarter of a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of batter and one cupful of cream or milk. Replace the mashed potato, divided equally among the >gf shells. Place a slice of pimento on top of each and brown in oven.
