Convicts Offer Reward.
Austin, Tex.—Governor Colquitt has received a letter signed by thirty state penitentiary convicts, offering a reward of $291 for the capture of two of their fellow prisoners who had escaped from the Wynne convict farm. Each convict subscribed from $1 to $lO. They wrote they are well treated, and that the escape of the two convicts was an outrage.
