Olive Oil Pickles.

Use medium-sized cucumbers, a gallon jar and small bottle of best olive oil (25-cent size). Slice cucumbers without paring, and for every three cucumbers use one tablespoon each of salt, brown sugar and black mustard seed, pouring the oil gradually over each layer. Fill the jar with vinegar and after standing two weeks pack in glass jars if you wish. . .....
