HERE is an actual photograph of the fatal Niagara Falls ice bridge tragedy. It shows young Burrell Hecock of Cleveland, 0., in the act of grasping the rope dropped from the cantilever bridge after he had made a heroic attempt to rescue Mrs. Stanton. Hecock was dfawn part of the way , up to. the bridge, but his strength failed and he fell back and perished in the torrent
