Suitor Fails to Mention Children to Prospective Bride—She Tears Up Marriage License. San Francisco, Cal. —When Isidore Cohen, a San Francisco tailor, gave Minnie Levy of East Oakland a list of the assets which would go to make him a valuable husband, he neglected to inventory his eight motherless children. Everything else was told her In detail and she was so impressed that she appeared at the county clerk’s office and obtained a license to marry him. Cohen’s oversight developed and early in the ffiorning Miss Levy was at the county clerk’s office. “I have been deceived.
