The basis of representation will be one (1) delegate an<L one (1) alternatedelegate for each ten (10) votes and one (1) delegate for each fraction thereof over five (5) cast for Otis E. Gulley, candidate for Secretary of State, at the November Election, 1910. County Recorder, County Surveyor, County Coroner. County Commissioner for the Second (2) Commissioner's District, and County Commissioner for the Third (3) Commissioner's District, and to transact such other business as may come before the convention.
