THE “NOTE OF INTERROGATION” TOQUE.
Lace Inset stockings are to form a part of the smart girl’s winter wardrobe. Short skirts oblige her to garb her ankles attractively. Formerly fine lace was used only on black or white stockings, but at present the prevailing taste for color demands that even the most expensive laces must be dyed to match the silk used for the stockings. Strips of laee are |pset in some cases, while in others they form butterflies or true lover’s knots. The very latest novelty is rainbow stockings.
Smart Stockings.
