MARCH 16, 1912, at 2 o’clock p. m., for the purpose of electing delegates and alternate delegates to the county convention to oe held at Ellis opera house in Rensselaer, Indiana, on Monday, March 18, 1212, at 1:30 p. m. , The basis of representation will be one (1) delegate and One (1) alternate delegate for each ten (10) votes and one (1) delegate for each fraction thereof over five (6) cast for Otis E. Gulley, candidate for Secretary of State, at the Novelnber Election, 1910.
