Hew York Btate Officials Wll( Organize Corps of Men Experienced In Drills. Albany.—ln order to get a better idea regarding the number of men in New York state interested in military subjects and having more or less abil* ity with small arms, officials of the stats militia propose to organize anational guard reserve, enrolling all men affiliated with rifle clubs and like organizations throughout the stats. The reserve also will contain the names Iff all those in the stats who hafe seen service in the regular army, the national guard or in volunteer regiments in the Spanish war, and men who have had military training at schools and colleges. «
