23rd Regiment Occupies Fort Benjamin Harrison Since Friday.

The 23rd U. S. Infantry, which has been stationed at El Paso, Tex., arrived at Fort Benjamin Harrison, near Indianapolis, Friday, and will occupy the fort which has been vacant since the' 10th Infantry went to Texas last year. The regiment was transported from El Paso in three special trains. It is commanded by E. Glenn and has a full complement of officers, while the companies are recruited up to near the peace strength.
