Kankakee Valley Review. Fred Watson made a business trip to Wheatfield Monday. Frank Hart made a business trip to Roselawn Saturday. Dr. Wells made a professional trip to Wheatfield Sunday evening. The traveling auditor of the company made Agent Curtin a visit Tuesday. Dr. Hansson, of Rensselaer, was out looking after some bores here Tuesday. ——- . The several ice houses have, been filled the past week with a nice quality of ice. Adain Spencer has been on the sick list the past week and unable to go to school. John Ruisaard; Lon Swart and Clifford Dutton went to Wheatfield Tuesto attend the Bacon sale. Trustee Tunis Snip and the teachers of Keener township attended joint institute at Tefft last. Saturday. Chas. E. Kersey, who has been buying grain here this season for Babcock & Hopkins, has shipped more grain from here and Kersey than has been forwarded from this vicinity sow several years. There is a new and commodious elevator being erected at this point. Several friends called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sparling last Saturday to remind him that he was not forgotten on his seventy-eighth birthday. Henry was remembered by many tokens of esteem in which he is held in this vicinity. He was also remembered by friends and relatives living at a distance in the. way of birthday postals conveying wishes for many more birthdays. ■ „ Mrs. A. R.
