Cheese Custard.

Beat up iour eggs, aca nan a cupful of boiling milk, three heaping tablespoonfuls of grated cheese, seasoning of salt, pepper and «d pepper; divide into some small buttered timbale molds, stirring all the time, so as not to let the cheese settle. Standi the molds in a saucepan, allowing the water to come within half an inch of the top; simmer very gently until set. Serve on rounds of toast
