Cheese Balls.
Beat the whites of two eggs to * stiff froth, stir in two ounces grated cheese, salt and cayenne pepper to taste; shape the mixture into small balls and drop into boiling fat. Fry them for five minutes until a golden brown; drain well and sprinkle a little cheese oyer them. ....... . ’ >
