It is not just sure when the next Gary boodle case will be tried. Special Judge Van Fleet is busy with hie duties at the Elkhart superior court and the starting of the cases at Valparaiso hinges on his convenience. Special Prosecutor W. F. Hodges, Who lived in Rensselaer a few years ago and who has been making good at Gary, is qot decided for certain whether Councilman Bowser will be the next man tried or whether City Engineer Williston will have his second trial.
