C. C. Robinson Farm Did Not Sell—May Try It Nexl Month.
The farm of 340 acres, 7 miles southeast of Rensselaer, belonging to the heirs of C. C. Robinson, and which was advertised to sell at pnblic auction Wednesday, did not sell. Frank Robinson, the administrator, placed a minimum value of $75 on the farm and the highest bid made was There were no Illinois bidders here and In fact few from any other place. Mr. Robinson attributes the fact of the scarcity of bidders to the proximity to Christmas. He will probably try another sale later unless the farm is disposed of at private sale. It ha* been placid with a local, agent at SBS per acre.
