Right Way to Make Tea.
In the nW place,, tea never should be boiled, as the flavor will be entirely destroyed by-the Mttesness extracted from the tea leaves. Use a china or agate lined tea pot, let the tea leaves get wanned through by standing the pot on the back of the stove, or scalding with fresh, boiling water and putting leaves in the pot at once. Steep fpr a few moments, then HD pot with water which has just reached the bolting point, and serve at once. : i
