Dexter Ditch Injunction Sult . To Be-Heard by, Judge Wason.

The suit Instituted by Mrs. Almira Stockton against County Surveyor W. Frank Osborne by which it is sought to enjoin the suryeyor from having the Dexter ditch constructed, will be tried by Judge Wason, of Delphi, as special Judge. The names of Moses Leopold, of Rensselaer; Attorney Cunningham, of Kentland, and Judge Wason were .submitted and the first two stricken off. The case will be heard on Dec. 2nd and the points $ be. determined are entirely legal. Th contract for the construction of the diteh was let to B. D. Comer, and Mrs'. Stockton, through tier attorneys, Thompson ft McAdams, of Lafayette, attacks the legality of the proceedings leading up to the letting of the contract - „
