pHICAGO —A 11,000 peart; found in a clam bake and aubseauently forcibly taken away by the dealer who supplied the shellfish, was taken into custody the other day by Capt. Max Danner of the police departtnentj pending a decision by Municipal Judge Caverly of a question equally perplexing as that of the egg laid by the famous May wood hen.
