Honey from Raspberry Bloom.
A very good grade of honey has been made frqm raspberry bloom when thor-'-oughly ripened. It is then so thick that It cannot readily be removed from a jar without warming, nor will it scarcely spill from a vessel turned upside down for a time In' only moderately 000 l weather. Although raspberry honey M a rule Je noted for quick granulation, it does not do so whsp ripened properly. Wben small pieces of thin, surplus foundation are used they should be cut triangular in shape.
