Knights of Pythias Building Becomes Property of Wolcott Man.

A deal was about completed last Saturday by which Philip R. Stortz, of Wolcott, traded 400 acres of land owned by his wife, Lydia G. Stortz, near Virgie, for the Knights of Pythias building. The building had been owned for some time by M. P. Roe, of Princeton, 111., who gets the Virgie farm. The farm was encumbered to the amount of $7,000 and the K. of P. building In a like amount and it is reported that the men traded equities equally. Mr. Stortz is himself a trader and it Is expected that he will not retain possession* very long. v
