Augspurger to be Tried Before Squire Bruner on Criminal Charge.
Omar Morlan filed an affidavit before Squire Irwin charging William Augspurger with attempt to kill. The charge is based upon the allegation that Mr. Augspurger shot twice at Mr. Morlan and his son. Mr. Augspurger was notified by his attorneys that the charge had been filed and he came to Rensselaer Friday afternoon and asked for a change of Venue. The case wm sent .to Squire Bruner for trial ancl a periiminary hearing will be held Monday afternoon at 1 o’clock. The costs of the insanity proceedings amounted 0 about $75 and will be taxed up against Omar and Ernest Morlan. It is understood that they are talkifig of appealing, the insanity case to the circuit court.
