Howard returned Tuesday evening from Evanston, 111., where they were called by the fatal illness of Mr. Howard, Sr. Mrs. Watson, a widow who has bee.: a resident of this town for oyer forty years, died Sunday at the age of 83. She Was a daughter of Granny Wilkins, who lived to be over 108 years of age.
