«By Mrs. Carl Somers, Cor. Sec.) The W. H. M. S. of the M. E. church met with Mrs. Jas Washburn Tuesday afternoon, Sept 26. The meeting was called to order by the president, Mrs. Gumm, who read 1 John 3:16-24 for our scripture lesson, after which Mrs. Fell led in prayer. Business was next in order, after which we proceeded with the lesson, with Mrs. Broadie as leader.
