Mrs. P. W. Clarke Fractures Right Arm Near Shoulder.

Mrs. P. W. Clarke, wife of the jeweler, fell Saturday evening while at the residence of Rev. W. G. Winn, on Van Rensselaer street, and suffered the fracture of the humerus of the right arm near the shoulder. She will be unable to use the arm for considerable time.
