Llllo Hauter went to Purdue this morning to take up his senior work in agriculture. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Gibson are returning to Brookston, after a short residence here. Mrs. Chas. Osborn, of Rensselaer, and Mrs. Earl Osborn, of Kniman, attended the state fair Thursday. Homer Arnold has gone to Burrows, Carroll county, to take up his work at the head of the schools. The Mt. Ayr Pilot has great faith In Purtelle. Evidently Brother Robertson Is not one of his creditors. B. L. Sayler left this moening for Mitchell, S. Dak., to visit his son, Jesse; and family. He will be gone about ten days. Mrs. DeVere Yeoman returned to Gary this morning, after a visit of a week here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George McCarthy. Charles McAllister returned to Atwood, Hl., this morning, after a short visit with L. H. Wylie and family, near Pleasant Grove.
