Everett Halstead and Miss Loe Pancoast Married Wednesday.

At the residence of Elder D. T. HalI stead, in Rensselaer, Mr. Everett R. Halstead hnd Miss Ix>e Cornelia Pancoast were by him united in the holy bonds of wedlock, at 4:30 P. M.; on Wednesday, September "6, 1911. Miss Pancoast has been a very successful and popular teacher in Jasper county public schools and was a teacher last year in one of the ward schools of Columbia City, Indiana. She was popular in the social home circle. Mr, Halstead, by keeping fully abreast of the latest and most approved methods, combined with remarkable industrial energy and push in business, has become a very successful farmer and stock raiser, and esteemed for his worth of character. Both are of well known and highly esteemed old resident families, liked universally for their irreproachable character. Mr. and Mrs. Halstead will take a wedding trip through the lake region of Wisconsin, returning to live at his home on the farm. Their wide circle of acquaintances and friends, by whom they are held in high esteem, will heartily wish them a happy voyage, without storm, on the sea of matrimonial life into which they have now entered. —Contributed
