Virgil Gunyon Typhoid Victim; Burial at Frankfort Sunday.
Virgil Gunyon, 20 years of age youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Gunyon, of Union township, died at 4:30 o’clock this Friday morning, at his parents’,home a mile east and a half mile north of Parr, on theWishard farm. Typhoid fever was the cause of death. He had been sick only a week and bis condition < was regarded as critical until Wednesday, when a trained nurse was procured from Chicago.
Deceased was a fine young man, enjoying the friendship and esteem of all who knew him. He was a member of the Parr band and bis death is felt with great sorrow in that organization, whose members will act as pallbearers at his funeral. The funeral will be held Sunday morning at the late residence and the remains will be shipped to Frankfort for burial.
Mrs. Guuyon’s condition is said to be very bad and it is doubtful if she can recover. She has the same disease.
