Nedra Won Good Race at Cass County Fair Thursday.

A. L. Padgitt has started the racing season with success. Nedra, his game little trotting mare, won the 2:15 trot at Logansport Thursday in three straight heats and evidently did not have to extend herself very much as the time was only 2:16. The purse was SSOO. <

In the 3-year-old pace, Mr. Padgitt also won with Lady Jay. This race had a SSOO purse. The feature of this pace was the fast time made for 3-year-olds, the last heat being made In 2:13%. " Mr. Padgitt will probably take bis string to Lebanon next week for the Boone county fair.
