Jap Naval Hero Visits U. S.; Amiral Togo Is In Now York.

Admiral Togo, the Japanese naval hero of the Russian-Japanese war, arrived In New York Thursday on the steamer Lusitania, where a welcome was given him aboard ship by Governor John A. Dix, of New York, and representatives of the U. S. state, war and navy departments. Admiral Togo will also visit Washington and be received by President Taft. He is quoted as favoring international arbitration, and as saying that Japan should be included in the treaty of the United States,. France and England.
