Black Lace Parasols Revived.
These, if covered with handsome Spanish lace, are never very moderate in price. Yet for S3O & style now comes that is reminiscent of our earliest girlhood. The exquisite pattern of the lace is set off to advantage by the lining of dead white chiffon cloth. A full, rippling ruffle of black chiffon and lace droops down over the frame. The handle la of black or black and white enamel combined with gunmetal. The B&me model may be had In all black, if desired. A black silk parasol with many riba Is finished along its edge with a deep alllr fringe, giving much the same effect as the fluffy lace ruffle described above. This, however.
