County Commissioners Adjourn Court Until Thursday.

The county commissioners met Monday and after transacting considerable business, adjourned until Thursday. The contract for three bridges in Barkley township and two in Hanging Grove township was let to the Attica Bridge Co. for $4,079. The engineer made his final report on the Iroquois ditch, showing the work to be completed and the sum of $3,724.55 yet due the contractor. The petition for a ditch in Wheatfield township by Wm. B. McNeil, et al., was found sufficient and refereed td the drainage commissioners, Frank Osborne, L. P. Shlrer and Mike Delehanty, who are to meqt at the Bank o’’ Wheatfield July 12th. M. B. Price was appointed engineer and Elias Arnold and Wm. Washburn viewers on the Hanging Grove township gravel road. They are directed to meet at the auditor’s office July 14.
