DRESSY LITTLE WAIST.

This dressy , waist is of white silk voile, trimmed with narrow bands of embroidery and a wide band of black velvet, formibg a corslet. Over all are wide bretelles of embroidered linen, with applique rosettes of Irish lace. The gulmpe and undersleevea are of fine white lace.
