The Saxon state railroads reward workmen who have been In their service twenty-five years and more with small sums of money, and at the same time distinguish them with marks of honor. Recently on this small system 30 men had served for 25 years. 22 for SO, 17 for 35 and seven for 40 years. < ■ .
