DRESSY LITTLE WAIST.

This dressy waist is of white silk voile, trimmed with narrow bands of embroidery and a wide band of black velvet, forming a corslet. Over all are wide bretelles of embroidered'linen, with applique rosettes of Irish lace. The gulmpe and under* sleeves are of fine white lace.
