Cheese Delight.

Toast and butter four pieces of bread and lay in baking dish (casserole), cover with a half pound of grated cheese, then make a cream sance of hutter, one tablespoon, one tablespoon flour, one and one-half cups of rich milk, salt, pepper, and dash of red pepper; pour over the toast and cheese and bake about fifteen minutes.
