Another Factory Proposition; May Be Best Ever Offered.

Three gentlemen came to Rensselaer Thursday evening and this Friday morning were shown about the city and over the Commercial Club tract. They do not want their factory proposition discussed by the papers, owing to the fact that it has hitherto resulted in their being burdened with appeals from other towns. It is sufficient, to say that the men who were here are men of responsibility and are now engaged, in extensive manufac luring industries. As to whether they can be secured to locate an enterprise here depends upon the proposition they will offer. They agreed to do this in writing within the next few days.
