New York.—The. wonderful record made by 60 hens owned by Henry Johnson of Glenville, which laid 1,036 eggs In February, winning a bet for their owner, has been surpassed. The bens have kept up the good work and Mr. Johnson said they had laid 1.226 eggs during March. Dr. N. H.
