Notice to Dog Owners. Notice is given to the owners of dogs who have not properly muxxled same to do so at once, or the dogs will be shot. Some owners have muzzled their dogs properly, but others have simply put a halter on the dog. which is no protection from bites. Hereafter dogs so muzzled will be taken care of.
