Must Not Tie Cows on Streets of Rensselaer. City ordinance provides that cows can not be tied on the streets of Rensselaer and that they must not be tied so they can cross or reach sidewalks. Neither can cows be held so that they cross over sidewalks and they can not be held in front of the property of others without consent By direction of the Mayor this ordinance will be enforced and all cow owners are warned that cows will be taken up If the order is violated.
