Frank Coghill and family spent Sunday with Manson Beaver and family. Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Lear and Fred Dobbins and family spent Sunday with Mrs. Johns and John Mitchell’s. Rev. Landa, a Seven-day Adventist evangelist, came this week to assist Rev. Ellis in his meetings. Mr and Mrs. John Worsley, of McCoysburg, were in this vicinity Sunday afternoon. W. I. Divans and George Foulks have changed their mail to Monon rural route 18, having put a box at the county line on that route. Mrs. Bivans writes back from ftossville, 111., that the specialist at Hoopeston thinks her trouble is caused by her liver and wishes her to remain three weeks, after which she can be treated at home.
