Turn a can of salmon and free the flsh~from skin and bone. Beat two eggs, add to the salmon with one cupful of stale bread crumbs; add salt and pepper to taste, one tablespoonful of lemon juice, one tableapoonful of finely chopped parsley. Pack In a well-buttered mold and steam two hours. Good hot or cold.
