Roselawn Map Under Serious Charge Now in Rensselaer Jail.

F. W. Johnson, a special constable from Roselawn, brought to Rensselaer for safe-keeping in the county ijL\\ last Saturday afternoon a man by the name of Joe McColly, against whom charges of criminal with his step-daughter have been preferred. He was given a hearing before a justice of the peace and bound over to the Newton county court The step-daughter, who is now past twenty years'of age, testified that McColly had been guilty of misconduct since she was 14 years of age. Her testimony is said to be borne out by that of other witnesses. McColly and his wife have been separated for some years.
