Peace Now Seems Likely to Close the Mexican Revolution.
* Morning dispatches indicate that the Mexican revolution is about to end. The arrival in Mexico of Minister Limantour, who recently visited Washington, and his conference with President Diaz is thought likely to result in a reorganization of the Mexican president’s cabinet that will satisfy the leaders of the revolution. Should the revolution come to a speedy close it will probably be followed by the withdrawal of the U. S. troops from the border line. President Taft has returned from his .rip to the south and will give the matter attention. He has rested quite a little while in the south and will now set diligently about the preparation of his message for the special session of congress which will convene on April 3rd. This message will probably set forth the reason for the government’s haste in sending troops to the south.
