Make Rosebud Pastor and Family a Liberal Donation.

The members of the Rosebud church, and the neighbors, friends, and members of sister churches and community in general, gathered at the parsonage and church on Sunday last, following the preaching service. They notified Mrs. Rardin of her 41st birthday by spreading a table full width of the church with the very best festivities on it. She and everybody present were invited to partake, which they did until all were satisfied, and there was plenty left. f Then, after dinner was. served, Brother B. D. Comer notified the pastor that on the back seats of the church was something more, and to his glad surprise, there was a rounding up of good donations of groceries, meat, lard, fruits, and also money and* other things to the amount of $20.00 or more, which caused the pastor and their family to say from the bottom of their hearts, “God bless the donors,” and “Come again, you are welcome, whether you bring your dinners or not.” O.
