Greenlee-Powell Case Will Go Over—Juryman Has Pneumonia.
Frank Tillett, one of the jurymen that was trying the Greenlee-Powell suit, and on account of whose sickness the case was called to a halt last week, is now reported to have a severe case of pneumonia at his home ip. Gillam township. It had been expected to resume the Greenlee-Powell case Friday of this week, but this would have been impossible owing to the fact that the Condon will case is occupying so much time. The case will now go over until the next term of court and will have to be retried before a new jury.
