Greenlee-Powell Case Will Go Over—Juryman Has Pneumonia.

Frank Tillett, one of the jurymen that was trying the Greenlee-Powell suit, and on account of whose sickness the case was called to a halt last week, is now reported to have a severe case of pneumonia at his home ip. It had been expected to resume the Greenlee-Powell case Friday of this week, but this would have been impossible owing to the fact that the Condon will case is occupying so much time.
