Six Don’ts.

Don’t try to broil over a slow fire. Don’t try to broil over a smoky fire. Don’t leave the kitchen door open when you are broiling meat. Don’t put coal on the fire jußt before you wish to use the broiler. Don’t leave the kitchen while you are broiling. Don’t forget that It Is better to broil on a hot, dry frying pan than over a poor fire.
