Garment Splits, Then Turns Into Kilt—Wllkesbarre Girl Has Tailor Arrested. j Wllkesbarre, Pa. —Twice deeply humiliated by a hobble skirt. Miss Anna Berkowltz the other day caused the arrest of George Casco, a tailor, who had sold her the skirt She declared In Alderman John F. Donohue's office that she would never wear anothar of that style. Miss Berkowltz ordered one of the latest New York patterns from Casoo. It attracted attention and she was pleased.
